We collect information you provide when creating an account (display name, email address), and data you generate through app usage (groups, events, attendance responses, team assignments). We also collect device push notification tokens to send you relevant alerts.
Your information is used to: • Provide the core app functionality (groups, events, attendance tracking) • Send push notifications about events, captain selections, and draft updates • Display your name to other group members • Improve the app experience
We do not sell your personal data. Your display name and attendance status are visible to members of groups you join. We use Supabase for data storage and Expo for push notifications. No other third parties receive your data.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. All data transfers use HTTPS encryption.
You can: • View and edit your profile information at any time • Delete your account and all associated data from Settings • Leave any group to remove your membership • Request a copy of your data by contacting us
We send push notifications for event reminders, captain selections, draft updates, and sub requests. You can control notification preferences in Settings.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
InSesh is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app.
