By using InSesh, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use InSesh.
You agree not to: • Use the app for any unlawful purpose • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users • Create fake accounts or impersonate others • Attempt to access other users' accounts • Interfere with the app's functionality
You are responsible for content you post (group names, event descriptions, messages). We may remove content that violates these terms.
Group owners are responsible for managing their groups. InSesh is a coordination tool — we are not responsible for events that are cancelled, changed, or result in disputes between members.
By enabling notifications, you agree to receive push notifications about events, attendance, captain selections, and drafts. You can disable notifications in Settings.
InSesh is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
